Zelenskyy Dismissed Four More Ambassadors: Who Lost Their Jobs?

On Thursday, August 6, four ambassadors were dismissed from their posts in European and Asian countries. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing the relevant decrees issued by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Specifically, Zelenskyy dismissed the ambassadors to Croatia, Albania, Montenegro, and Pakistan:
- By Decree No. 709/2026, Vasyl Kyrylych was dismissed from his post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Croatia;
- By Decree No. 710/2026, Volodymyr Shkuriv was dismissed from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Albania;
- By Decree No. 711/2026, Oleg Gerasymenko was relieved of his duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Montenegro;
- By Decree No. 712/2026, Markiyan Chuchuk was dismissed from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
As a reminder, the president recently dismissed Olga Stefanishyna, Ukraine’s ambassador to the United States.
