Anna-Maria Sabov is stepping down as Chief Human Resources Officer at “Nova Poshta”

Anna-Maria Sabov, who was appointed in September 2025 as the HR Director of “Nova Poshta”—Ukraine’s leading express delivery service and part of the Nova Group— announced that she would be leaving the company on August 31, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
“August 31 will be my last day at Nova Poshta. I joined the company as HR Director almost a year ago—and it has been one of the most fulfilling professional years of my life,” Sabov said.
According to her, the decision to leave “Nova Poshta” was made independently and deliberately.
“During this time, my team and I have managed to accomplish a great deal. I am grateful to my team, my colleagues, and Nova Poshta for this experience, the scale of the work, and the people I’ve met here,” Sabov emphasized.
As of now, Sabov has been wrapping up all her work over the past two weeks, passing on current information to the team, and helping the company prepare for the upcoming season.
“For now, I just want to say: thank you to everyone who has been by my side throughout this year,” she added in her post.

As previously reported, before joining “Nova Poshta,” Sabov worked at FRACTAL (formerly Netpeak Group) and was responsible, among other things, for developing and implementing HR strategy.
At the time of her appointment, “Nova Poshta” noted that Sabov has over 11 years of experience in HR management and recruiting, nine of which were in leadership roles, where she was responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, as well as optimizing, automating, and integrating AI into HR processes.
In her new role, she was tasked with transforming the way the company works with its people and establishing a new system.
Nova Poshta’s core business is express delivery of documents, parcels, and palletized bulky cargo. The company is the leader in express delivery in Ukraine. Its ultimate beneficial owners are Volodymyr Poperechnyuk and Vyacheslav Klimov.
