On the night of Monday, June 15, Russian forces once again launched a combined attack on Kyiv. As a result of the attack, many residents of the capital were left without power. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing a post on Telegram by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
According to him, damage to power lines has been recorded. As a result, more than 100,000 customers are currently without electricity.
“In the northern part of the capital, 140,000 customers are without power. Power lines were damaged as a result of the enemy’s attack,” the message states.
It should be noted that the enemy has been attacking Kyiv since the evening of June 14. At that time, the occupiers were launching drones at the capital.
However, on the night of June 15, the Russians fired several volleys of ballistic missiles at Kyiv. As a result, very loud explosions were heard in the city.
It is now known that buildings are on fire in Kyiv, including a fire reported on the grounds of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
