U.S. President Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner will visit Russia again in the near future. This was announced by the Russian dictator’s aide, Yuri Ushakov, according to "Komersant Ukrainian", citing Russian propaganda media.
“It has been agreed that U.S. President’s Special Envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, who are currently most closely involved in Iranian affairs, will visit Russia again in the near future,” he clarified.
On June 14, Putin and Trump held a telephone conversation. Ushakov noted that the conversation between the two leaders was friendly and open and lasted exactly 55 minutes.
Prior to this, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia and the U.S. had let their bilateral relations go too far. He complained that the American side is unwilling to discuss anything other than the war in Ukraine.
