Men are allowed to get a passport abroad, but there are conditions

The State Enterprise Document has resumed accepting passport applications for men abroad. Information about this was published on the official website of the passport service on July 24, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
To receive services, men need to be verified through the official application of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine “Reserve+” using a QR code. Confirmation of valid military registration documents is required.
You can apply for a passport at:
- Munich (Germany);
- Berlin (Germany);
- Cologne (Germany);
- Warsaw (Poland);
- Krakow (Poland);
- Wroclaw (Poland);
- Gdansk (Poland);
- Madrid (Spain),
- Valencia (Spain),
- Prague (Czech Republic),
- Bratislava (Slovakia)
- Milan (Italy).
Services for Ukrainians in foreign passport service units
In the foreign branches of SE “Document”, men can:
- issue an ID card or passport (including to replace a lost or stolen one);
- exchange an ID-card or passport (due to expiration, change of information, unsuitability for use);
- exchange a passport issued in 1994 for an ID-card (if you wish or if it is unsuitable).
It is worth noting that Document has not been accepting applications or issuing even ready-made documents since the end of April, when the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine issued a resolution to that effect. But even now, the service of issuing a Ukrainian passport outside our country is available only to those men who have updated their military registration data.
