The state nationalized VinnytsiaPobutkhim, known for the Vuhastyk and Sarma brands

Ukraine has completed the nationalization of the VinnytsiaPobutkhim plant. The plant operated on the territory of the former Vinnytsia chemical plant and previously belonged to the Russian company Nevskaya Cosmetics. This is reported in the analytical system Contr Agent, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs

VinnytsiaPobutkhim produces children’s cosmetics and household chemicals under the trademarks Vuhastik, Sarma, Lotus-M, Max, Pride, and Polar Shine.

The plant used to belong to the Russian company Nevskaya Kosmetika, but it was nationalized under sanctions.

After the start of the full-scale Russian aggression, the company was first arrested and then transferred to the management of Craytex Service.

The new manager Ukrainized the main brand of the company, renaming it from “Ushastyi Nyanya” to “Vuhastyk”.
