The dollar rose again, while the euro fell: exchange rates in Ukraine as of July 23

The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rates for Thursday, July 23, 2026. The U.S. dollar rose by two kopecks, while the euro fell by more than three kopecks. The official exchange rate for the Polish zloty remained virtually unchanged, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
According to data from the National Bank of Ukraine, the official exchange rate for the dollar is 44.7711 UAH, for the euro—51.0659 UAH, and for the Polish zloty—11.7915 UAH.
Official Dollar Exchange Rate as of July 23
On Thursday, the NBU set the following exchange rates for the U.S. dollar:
- 1 U.S. dollar = 44.77 UAH;
- daily change: up 2 kopecks.
The day before, the official exchange rate for the U.S. dollar was 44.7503 UAH. Thus, the hryvnia weakened slightly against the U.S. dollar.
Official euro exchange rate as of July 23
The euro, on the other hand, fell slightly in value:
- 1 euro = 51.06 UAH;
- change over the past 24 hours: down 3 kopecks.
On July 22, the official euro exchange rate was set at 51.0981 UAH.
Polish Zloty Exchange Rate
The official exchange rate for the Polish zloty as of July 23 is:
- 1 Polish zloty = 11.79 UAH.
No significant changes in the value of the zloty were recorded compared to the previous day.
