Rains and fog: weather forecast for January 31

Today, January 31, it will be cloudy in Ukraine, with light rain in some places. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Weather Center.
The last day of January will bring mostly warm weather to Ukraine, although rain and fog are expected in some regions. At night, the atmospheric pressure will remain high and the wind will be weak, mainly from the south. This will create favorable conditions for the formation of dense fog, which may impede visibility on the roads.
As the frontal section approaches from the west during the daytime, the weather will begin to change. In the western, northern, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, and Kirovohrad regions, light rain is expected in some places. At the same time, no significant precipitation is expected in the rest of the country, and the weather will remain relatively dry.
Temperatures will remain quite high for this time of year. At night, the temperature will range from 4° Celsius to 1° Celsius, while during the day the air will warm up to 5-10° Celsius.
In the southern regions, it will be even warmer: 2-7°C at night and 10-15°C above zero during the day.
From the beginning of February, temperatures will start to drop across Ukraine, with a cold snap expected.
