Kredobank has expanded its range of digital services for business clients and introduced online monitoring of collateral and leased assets. Starting in March 2026, legal entities can photograph collateral online, without having to travel or meet with bank employees in person. This was reported by [Komersant], citing the bank’s press service.
The new IT solution for businesses is based on the remote inspection service for collateral and leased assets for individuals, which has been in operation at Kredobank since February 2025.
“This is an important stage in Kredobank’s digital transformation, as we have independently created an automated process that replaces manual approaches, minimizes credit risks, and improves the efficiency of loan portfolio management,” notes Olga Porozova, Director of the Credit Administration Department.
As the bank explains, representatives of legal entities can now independently conduct online inspections of a wide range of assets: vehicles (passenger and commercial); specialized equipment (agricultural and construction); real estate (residential and non-residential); machinery and equipment; finished products and goods in circulation. The automation of processes, from photo documentation to data entry into banking systems, utilizes artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze the condition of the property and identify potential damage.
“Credobank’s IT team has developed and implemented a service for remote inspection of collateral and leased assets, tailored to the needs of modern business, ” notes Lyubomyr Mosorov, Director of the Department of Innovative Development and Banking Systems Support.
The remote inspection service for collateral assets is hosted on the Kredobank portal, which is optimized for various types of devices.

The mobile version provides full access to photo documentation features. The desktop version of the service is primarily intended for executives and managers of legal entities involved in loan agreements. As the bank explains, thanks to the new IT service, the head of a legal entity can delegate the photo documentation process to authorized or trusted individuals. They can also involve staff who work directly with equipment or at facilities in the remote inspection process. However, only the head of the legal entity can sign the inspection report.
Kredobank was founded in Lviv in 1990 and is part of the PKO Bank Polski financial group. The bank offers a range of services for retail customers, as well as small, medium, and large businesses in Ukraine.
