Maksym Krippa has fully acquired the International Exhibition Center in Kyiv — media reports

Ukrainian businessman Maksym Krippa has become the 100% owner of the International Exhibition Center in Kyiv. This was reported by Forbes Ukraine, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
“Maksym Krippa, owner of the Kyiv business center ‘Parus’ and the ‘Ukraine’ hotel, has acquired the capital’s largest exhibition venue. In 2025, he acquired 75% of the International Exhibition Center, and in 2026, another 25%,” the report states.
The acquisition of the stake was not publicly announced. Changes in the ownership structure were reflected in the YouControl analytical system in March of this year.
The businessman acquired 75% of LLC “IEC” in June 2025. He acquired another 25% in 2026 from the “Asborn” investment fund, which is owned by Marina Dorokhina, the daughter of developer Vagif Aliyev.
MVC is the largest event venue in Ukraine. It consists of four pavilions with a total area of 73,200 square meters. The land on which the center is located—8 hectares—is leased, according to the Kyiv City State Administration.
Krippa has not disclosed the amount of the deal. He is not currently considering selling the asset, he clarified in a written response to Forbes Ukraine.
The Forbes Ukraine analytics department estimates the purchase of the remaining 25% of the IEC at $12–18 million, and the entire complex at approximately $70–80 million.
Revenue for International Exhibition Center LLC fell by nearly 20% in 2025, to 66.5 million UAH, according to YouControl. Losses rose by nearly 77%, to 11 million UAH.
