The Tax Authority’s White Business Club has grown by 18%: details

According to data from the State Tax Service, the White Business Club had over 8,900 members as of April 2026. This is an 18% increase compared to the end of 2025. 93% of the Tax Club’s members are companies. Most of them operate in retail and wholesale trade, vehicle repair, and the agricultural sector. This was reported by “OpenDataBot,” as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".

There are currently 8,991 members in the White Business Club. This is 18% more than at the end of 2025. It should be noted that companies and sole proprietorships that demonstrate transparency, pay taxes in good faith, file reports, and have no ties to Russia can join the Club.

Companies make up 93% of the list—8,410 businesses—though 42 of them have hidden data. Almost all companies are active: 8,360 are registered and operating, with only a few in the process of dissolution, bankruptcy, or liquidation.

The largest number of companies operate in the trade and vehicle repair sector—1,773 enterprises, or 21%. The agricultural sector is close behind—1,652 companies (20%), while the manufacturing industry comprises 1,453 businesses (17%).

One in five companies in the White Club is registered in Kyiv—1,921 businesses. Next are Dnipropetrovsk Oblast (774 businesses), Lviv Oblast (638), Kyiv Oblast (609), and Kharkiv Oblast (428).

34 companies from the White Business Club made it into the OpenDataBot Index 2026. Among them are ATB-MARKET with revenue of 247.3 billion UAH, energy companies Dniprovski Energy Services (31.8 billion UAH) and Kyiv Regional Energy Company (31.6 billion UAH), agricultural giant Myronivska Poultry Farm (UAH 27.3 billion), and Interpipe Niko Tube (UAH 23.7 billion).

Among the members of the Club of 100, 10 companies belong to financial and industrial groups, while another 124 are affiliated with them. The ATB Group has the largest representation—9 companies with a combined revenue of over 273 billion UAH. They are followed by Zakhidnadraservice —7 companies with revenue of 6.77 billion—and MHP —6 companies with total revenue of 39.78 billion. The Pinchuk Group and the Suprunenko Brothers Group also made it into the top five.

In addition to large companies, the list includes small and medium-sized businesses—581 sole proprietorships. Most participants are registered in Kyiv—76 entrepreneurs (13%), followed by Dnipropetrovsk (12%) and Lviv regions (10%).
