Tsabal is leaving parliament: the committee has endorsed the statement

The Parliamentary Committee on Rules, Deputy Ethics, and the Organization of the Verkhovna Rada’s Work has endorsed the statement by People’s Deputy Volodymyr Tsabal (Voice faction) regarding his early resignation from office, according to the committee’s first deputy chairman, Serhiy Yevtushok (Fatherland faction), reports "Komersant Ukrainian" citing “Interfax-Ukraine.”

“The committee supported Tsabal’s statement,” Yevtushok told the agency.

Political analyst Mykola Davydiuk may replace Tsabal as the “Voice” faction’s MP.

According to the Central Election Commission, Davydiuk was nominated as a candidate for the Verkhovna Rada in the 2019 snap elections (No. 27 on the “Holos” party list).

Davydiuk was born on July 18, 1988, and is the author of the books “How Putin’s Propaganda Works” and “How to Make Ukraine Successful.”

As of April 27, 2026, according to the Verkhovna Rada website, the “Holos” faction has 19 members of parliament.
