Industrial facility caught fire in Kyiv region due to drone attack: what is known

On the night of February 27, the Russian military attacked Kyiv region with drones. The falling debris caused a fire at an industrial facility. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

“Kyiv region: at night, in one of the districts of the region, a fire broke out at an industrial facility as a result of the fall of UAV debris,” the statement said.

It is noted that the fire has already been extinguished.

No one was killed or injured.

A total of 81 rescuers and 24 pieces of equipment were working at the scene.

As a reminder, on the night of February 26, a Russian drone hit a residential building in the Bucha district of Kyiv region. A married couple, a well-known oncologist Pavlo Ivanchov and Tetyana Kulyk, a journalist for Ukrinform and host of the Nation of Invincibles project, were killed.
