This week, the Deposit Insurance Fund will hold a large-scale sale of assets from liquidated banks

This week, the Deposit Guarantee Fund put up for sale the assets of four banks currently in the process of liquidation. The total sale amount is 7.9 billion hryvnia. This decision is aimed at returning funds to the depositors of these banks.

This was reported by the agency’s press service , according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

“This week, the sale of assets from four banks being liquidated by the Deposit Guarantee Fund is scheduled on the Prozorro.Sales platform,” the statement said.

According to the DGF press service, the starting price for all lots is 7.9088 million hryvnia. The majority of the assets consist of loan receivables totaling 7.1436 million hryvnia.

In addition, real estate, land plots, and fixed assets worth UAH 57.8 million are being offered for sale. Accounts receivable from banks are estimated at UAH 707.4 million.

The sale of assets is scheduled for this week:

  • PJSC “PROMINVESTBANK” – for a total of UAH 7,844.7 million, of which UAH 7,096.1 million is the starting price for loan claims and UAH 41.2 million is for real estate properties. In addition, receivables owed to the bank will be sold for UAH 707.4 million.
  • JSC “BANK SICH” – for a total of UAH 53.5 million, of which UAH 47.5 million is the starting price for loan claims, and UAH 6.0 million is for fixed assets.
  • JSC “MEGABANK” – real estate properties and fixed assets are being offered for salewith a starting priceof 10.1 million UAH.
  • KSG BANK JSC – real estate properties are being offered for sale with a starting price of UAH 0.5 million.

The decision to sell assets is part of the Deposit Guarantee Fund’s strategic plan aimed at returning funds to depositors of banks undergoing liquidation. In the first quarter of 2026, banks undergoing liquidation received UAH 1.18 billion, of which UAH 909.8 million came from the sale of assets.
