Oschadbank will be closed: when and which services will be unavailable

Oschadbank has notified its customers of planned large-scale technical work that will temporarily limit access to key services and the bank’s operations. In particular, deposit transactions, money transfers, and currency exchange will be unavailable, and branches will be closed (even those operating on a custom schedule). A corresponding notification has already appeared in the bank’s mobile app. The bank explains that these measures are necessary to improve the stability and reliability of its internal systems.

Which services will be unavailable to customers
Bank customers have been notified that technical work will take place on June 14 from 3:45 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. During this time, users will not be able to use the “Mobile Oschad” app; specifically, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- conducting any deposit transactions;
- managing current accounts and transfers;
- online currency exchange;
- preparing financial statements.
In addition, the restrictions will also affect the financial institution’s offline network. Due to technical work, Oschadbank branches throughout Ukraine will be closed. Customers are advised to take this information into account and make all necessary payments or transactions in advance.
What to do in advance
If you need to perform any of the listed transactions, it is best to do so in advance, on June 13, or postpone it until the 15th. This is especially true for those planning to exchange currency or work with deposits—these transactions will be completely blocked on the day of the maintenance.
It is also worth noting that June 14 is a Saturday. Branches may have reduced hours or may not be open at all in certain areas, even during regular business hours.
