NUMIS LLC, which operates the PROSTOR chain of beauty and personal care stores, has announced its decision to cease the company’s operations, according to "Komersant Ukrainian", citing All Retail.

Starting July 1, 2026, the company will begin a phased closure of its retail locations. The company described this decision as “difficult” and apologized for being unable to announce the changes earlier.

“We deeply appreciate the journey we have taken together with you, and we strive to complete all ongoing processes as fairly and transparently as possible,” the statement reads.

The company did not disclose the reasons for this decision.

PROSTOR emphasized that it will fulfill all financial obligations to its partners in full. After the partnership ends, the company plans to prepare the necessary documents, including additional agreements to terminate contracts and reconciliation statements.

Over the past 21 years, the retailer has developed the PROSTOR chain of stores selling cosmetics, personal care products, and household chemicals. As of the end of 2025, the company had 468 stores across 22 regions of the country.
