CEC recognizes Tasheva, the presidential representative in Crimea, as a people’s deputy

The Central Electoral Commission has recognized the permanent representative of the Ukrainian president in Crimea, Tamila Tasheva, as an elected MP of Ukraine from the Golos political party, which currently has 19 MPs. This is reported on the website of the Central electoral Commission, informs "Komersant Ukrainian"
“The Commission recognized Tamila Tasheva, the next in line candidate, included in the electoral list of the political party “Golos” under number 26, elected people’s Deputy of Ukraine in the above elections,” – stated in the message.

tamila Tasheva, 39, may take the place of the deceased deputy from the party “Golos” Oleg Makarov.
Ivan Primachenko, co-founder of the Prometheus online education platform, and Pavlo Kukhta, former first deputy economy minister, also claimed the mandate. However, both wrote statements that they would not go to the Verkhovna Rada. Consequently, such a right passed to Tamila Tasheva.
What is known about Tamila Tasheva

Tamila Tasheva is a public figure of Crimean Tatar origin, who has been the permanent representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea since April 2022.
Tamila Tasheva was born on August 1, 1985 in Samarkand in the Uzbek SSR. She has a higher education with a specialty “translator from the Arabic language”. In 2003-2004 she took an active part in the Orange Revolution, organized rallies in Crimea. She was also a member of a number of youth organizations.
In 2006, she became an assistant to MP Lesia Orobets. Then she worked as an analyst in the Our Ukraine party.
In 2010, she worked as the head of the PR department of the publishing house “Nash Format”.
Later, she became PR manager of the TIC Group.
In 2014-2019 she was an assistant to the people’s deputy in the Verkhovna Rada of the eighth convocation Mustafa Dzhemilev from the BPP.
In 2015, she co-founded the public organization “CrimeaSOS”, which covered the occupation of Crimea and Sevastopol and the repressive policy of rf. From 2016 to 2019, she was the chairman of the board of this public organization.
In 2022, President Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Tasheva as the representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
From 2022 to 2023, Tasheva was also a member of the supervisory board of the Ukrainian Institute.
