Monobank has its own electronic signature – monoKEP

Digital bank monobank has launched a new feature – now users can create a qualified electronic signature monoKEP and sign documents directly in the application.
This was announced by the bank’s co-founder Oleg Gorokhovsky, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The electronic signature is available to individuals, sole proprietors and businesses and has the same legal force as a handwritten signature.
How to get a monoKEP:
- Individuals – select the monoKEP option in the Personal data menu.
- Individualentrepreneurs and legal entities – in the “Profile” menu in the appropriate section, also select monoKEP.
After that, you should
- confirm your consent to the creation of the key,
- pass selfie identification,
- set a password.
The service is free of charge.
