Ukraine to be hit by powerful cyclone Biruta

Today, 24 April, the weather in Ukraine will be rainy with strong gusts of wind, as an active cyclone from the south will cover our country. This was announced by weather forecaster Natalia Didenko, Komersant ukrainskyi 
reports.
“An active cyclone from the south is coming to us again, bringing rain and strong winds! The cyclone will belong to the Biruta cyclone clan (map below), which will subdue a large part of the European continent to its rainfall,” she said,
– she said.
According to the forecaster, on 24 April, there will be moderate and sometimes even heavy rains everywhere in Ukraine. In the daytime, there will be no significant precipitation in the south and east.
The wind will be mainly southeast, 5-12 metres per second, with gusts of up to 15-20 metres per second in some places.
The air temperature in the north and west will be 11-16 degrees, in the rest of the territory 17-24 degrees, in the south in some places up to 25-28 degrees.
The forecaster predicts that next weekend, on Saturday and Sunday, Ukraine will have fine weather, with sunshine everywhere and 18 23 degrees.
