Ukrainian students have more opportunities to test their knowledge abroad

In recent days, representatives of the Center have managed to reach agreements with the ministries of education, representatives of non-governmental educational organizations of other countries, as well as with the embassies of Ukraine in them, on the possibility of conducting the National Multiple Subject Test (NMT) in the cities of Vienna (Austria), Poznan, Katowice, Gdansk (Poland), Bratislava (Slovakia).
The Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment also reported that as of March 10, there were no more free places for the NMT in the following cities: Dusseldorf (Germany), Bucharest (Romania), Prague (Czech Republic).
Registration for the test is ongoing
on March 6, the main registration period for those who intend to take part in the National Multisubject Test began and will last until April 3, 2025.
According to the official calendar approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the main session of NMT 2025 will take place from May 14 to June 25. The results of the main session of the NMT on a scale of 100-200 points will be posted in the personal accounts of participants by July 4, 2025.
For those who were unable to participate in the main session for valid reasons, an additional NMT session will be held from July 14 to July 25, 2025. The results of the additional session will be announced by July 30, 2025.
Study abroad results will be officially recognized in Ukraine
At the end of February, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a draft law amending Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Complete General Secondary Education” regarding the recognition of educational results obtained by Ukrainian citizens abroad (No. 12375).
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will have to adopt a regulatory act necessary for its implementation within three months from the date of publication of the Law.
Ukrainians can take part in the discussion of the mechanism of recognition of learning outcomes
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has initiated a public discussion of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which outlines the mechanism for recognizing the results of education obtained in educational institutions abroad.
