The owner of Parus and NAVI buys the International Exhibition Center

Entrepreneur Maxim Krippa, known as an investor in Ukrainian real estate, continues to actively expand his presence in the market. This time, he is buying the International Exhibition Center (IEC), Ukraine’s largest complex for exhibitions, forums and conferences, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports, citing Interfax-Ukraine.
According to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, cited by the media, Krippa, through the Cypriot company Citadel Ventures Cyprus Limited, whose beneficiary he is according to the YouControl analytical system, will gain control of another Cypriot company, A.T.V.T. Business Expo Holdings Ltd. The latter owns a 50.04% stake in the authorized capital of IEC LLC, which ensures the controlling stake.
IEC, located on the Left Bank of Kyiv, is a key venue for large-scale exhibitions and business events in Eastern Europe. Its infrastructure includes three pavilions with a total area of more than 58 thousand m², conference halls, a press center, service areas and parking.
In the context of post-war recovery, Krippa’s investment is expected to contribute to the relaunch of the IEC as a modern hub for international business, innovation and communications. Experts suggest that under his management, the IEC may receive a new impetus for development, particularly in terms of digitalization of services, infrastructure modernization, and openness to international investors.
So far, the new owner’s future plans have not been officially announced. However, given the scale and strategic importance of the facility, the market will closely monitor Krippa’s further actions.
