Russia struck a “Nova Poshta” branch: some packages are buried under the rubble
25 May 12:54
On the morning of May 25, Russian occupation forces struck a building in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, with a guided aerial bomb; the building houses Branch No. 11 of the logistics company “Nova Poshta.” The strike caused a fire, and some of the shipments were left under the rubble. This was reported by “Nova Poshta,” according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
What happened in Kramatorsk
According to “Nova Poshta,” Russian troops struck the building where Branch No. 11 operated in Kramatorsk.
“At around 5:30 a.m., a building housing Branch No. 11 in Kramatorsk was damaged by a strike, which caused a fire,” the company said.
Rescue workers from the State Emergency Service and police are on the scene.
An assessment of the damage is ongoing, and the company will be able to provide final information on the condition of the cargo after the fire has been fully extinguished.
Are there any casualties among employees?
Nova Poshta reported that no company employees were injured.
This is important because the strike hit a civilian logistics facility, where people typically work and customer shipments are stored.

What will happen to the packages
According to preliminary information from the company, approximately 20% of the packages remain under the rubble. The exact status of the shipments will be determined after work at the fire site is completed.
The company also promised to compensate customers for any shipments lost as a result of the fire.
“Nova Poshta” Adjusts Logistics After the Attack
Following the attack, the company quickly reorganized its delivery routes. This should allow customers to receive their shipments via alternative logistics solutions, despite the damage to a specific branch.
For customers, this means that:
- some packages may be rerouted;
- information regarding affected shipments will be clarified after the aftermath is resolved;
- the company will contact customers regarding compensation;
- deliveries in the region will continue, taking into account the security situation.
Previous attacks on “Nova Poshta” facilities
This is not the first time Russian forces have struck “Nova Poshta” facilities.
Earlier, on May 19, Russian troops attacked the company’s depot in Kharkiv three times in a single day. Additionally, on April 9, a “Nova Poshta” branch in Novomykolaivka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, was destroyed as a result of a Russian strike.
Such attacks once again demonstrate that civilian logistics infrastructure—which ensures the delivery of parcels, documents, goods, humanitarian aid, and essential items to people in frontline and rear regions—is under attack.
