Coming this fall: The “Galya Baluvana” chain is preparing to launch its bakeries

The “Galya Baluvana” chain of ready-to-cook meals is expanding its business and launching a new format—bakeries under the brand “It’s Good That Galya Is Here.” The opening is tentatively scheduled for the fall, the company told RAU, as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".
The first location will open in Lutsk. Renovations are currently underway at the site.
Earlier, Alla Teliga , co-founder of the “Galya Baluvana,” Wesoła Pani, and “Tsiberek” franchise chains,told Poster that the decision to launch bakeries is a logical extension of the concept, since customer demand has long since gone beyond just semi-prepared foods. According to the entrepreneur, people want more ready-made solutions—ones that are quick, high-quality, and easy to use in everyday life.
“We’re continuing to scale the chain and expand our product lines, but right now it’s important for us not just to open new locations, but to deepen the brand itself and what it offers people in their daily lives,” Teliga noted.
The chain is also developing new product categories, including ice cream and ready-to-eat meals. The company notes that it aims to create an ecosystem of products for various consumer needs—from quick snacks to pantry staples. Currently, the “Galya Baluvana” product range includes over 300 items.
