Zelenskyy to meet with business tomorrow: they will talk about “economic breath”

In his evening address, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that tomorrow, December 27, he and government officials will hold a meeting with business representatives to find systemic solutions for the country’s economic development, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“We are preparing for tomorrow’s conversation with representatives of Ukrainian business – about what systemic solutions are needed now and in the future to give Ukraine more confidence and a strong economic breath,” the president said.
Zelenskyy noted that he paid a lot of attention to “those solutions, those innovations that are needed in the future so that Ukraine can return as many of our people who left because of the war as possible.”
“We have to create all the necessary economic and social incentives for Ukrainians to work in Ukraine, to work for Ukraine, to create more potential for Ukraine to be on equal footing in global competition,” the President said.
He also added that he had held a meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers Oleksiy Chernyshov, Mykhailo Fedorov, and Oleksiy Kuleba, as well as the team of the Presidential Office.
The last time Zelensky met with business was on February 15, 2024, when the business was represented by members of the Council for Support of Entrepreneurship under Martial Law (the “Council of Seven”), while a broader meeting with business, which included nearly 30 business owners and managers, as well as representatives of business associations, took place in late June 2023.
