Bus veers off the road: what is known about the accident in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship

A traffic accident involving a bus carrying Ukrainian citizens occurred in Poland, near the town of Łańcut. This was reported by the Łańcut Fire Department, according to RMF24, as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".
The accident occurred on April 15 on the A4 highway in the direction of Rzeszów.

According to preliminary police reports:
- the 56-year-old driver lost control,
- the bus veered off the road,
- crashed into energy-absorbing barriers,
- and then overturned.
Law enforcement officials note that the driver was sober.

As a result of the accident:
- the driver and one passenger were injured,
- both were hospitalized.
According to preliminary information, the other passengers were not seriously injured.

The first to arrive at the scene were:
- military firefighters from the 23rd Tactical Air Base,
- a military ambulance crew from the 21st Training Brigade.
