“Dobrobut” Wants to Buy the “Mirum” Clinic

The “Dobrobut-Poliklinika” Medical Center, which is part of the “Dobrobut” network, plans to acquire Mirum LLC. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine will review the company’s application on August 13, according to the AMCU’s agenda, as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian"
As stated in the meeting agenda, the AMCU will review the application submitted by “Dobrobut-Poliklinika Medical Center” LLC on July 3, 2026, seeking approval to acquire control over “Mirum” LLC.
The “Mirum” Clinic is a private, multidisciplinary treatment and diagnostic center in Kyiv, registered in 2020, according to YouControl. The facility employs doctors in over 50 specialties; its services include check-ups, laboratory diagnostics, plastic surgery, oncology and oncological surgery, inpatient care, an emergency room, and more, according to the company’s website.

The company is owned by Mykola Nadtochiy and Serhiy Bulgakov. “Mirum” is part of the Alte Group, which has assets in the renewable energy sector and also owns Alte Foods LLC, a company engaged in the processing and canning of fruits and vegetables, according to YouControl.
Mirum LLC’s revenue in 2025 grew by 23% to 158.8 million UAH, according to YouControl. In the first three months of 2026, the company’s revenue totaled 84.5 million UAH, which is 14.1% more than in the same period a year earlier.
“Dobrobut” is one of the largest private healthcare networks in Ukraine. Its portfolio includes 20 medical centers in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, an emergency medical service, dental clinics, and pharmacies; the network provides services for children and adults across more than 75 medical specialties.
Dobrobut-Poliklinika LLC’s revenue in 2025 totaled 4.23 billion UAH—a 26.5% increase from the previous year, according to YouControl. In the first quarter of 2026, the company’s revenue grew by 12.27% year-over-year, reaching 2.32 billion UAH.
In May 2026, Nadiya Shalomova, a co-owner of La Famiglia, became the ultimate beneficial owner of the clinic after acquiring a 32.18% stake in the medical network, according to YouControl.
