Diia and AUTO.RIA have integrated: buying and selling cars has become easier

After integrating with the AUTO.RIA car buying and selling service, Diia allows you to conclude a purchase and sale agreement, select license plates, order a registration certificate, and pay service fees. Only money and keys will have to be exchanged in person.
How to sell a car on AUTO.RIA through Diia:
1. Choose “Re-register vehicle through Diia” on AUTO.RIA.
2. A step-by-step instruction will open, click “Re-register in Diia” at the bottom.
2. You will be redirected to Diia.
3. Enter all the necessary data in the Action and send a request for sale to the buyer.
4. After the contract is automatically verified, you certify it with your Diia.Signature.
Diia allows you to change the owner of a car for only one vehicle per year, so you won’t have to bother with the bidding process in the app.
Diia is already 5 years old
According to the Diia team, in 5 years this public service platform has jumped from two documents in the app to 170 services in total.
It turns out that in 2019, when Diia was first launched, companies were not very cooperative. Today, the service reportedly has more than 20,000 partners. From such cool integrations as the Franko Theater, Ukrzaliznytsia, to less visible but extremely necessary ones, such as document sharing at the ASC or when applying to university.
The history of cooperation with AUTO.RIA is interesting.
“Initially, the company came to integrate Diia.Signature for user authorization. The focus was on platform security, and Diia.Signature is a cool tool for user identity verification. Next, the company added the ability to send a vehicle registration certificate through Diia, so that sellers could confirm ownership of a car. And now the third integration: from the marketplace, you can go directly to re-registering a car in Diia,” the Diia team said.
Diia also has a lot of projects
According to Diia, they are planning not only “New payments to Diia.Card” and “Even more services for drivers” but also “AI integration”, “Change of surname”, “eConsul” and “eNotary”.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation has shared some additional information on this issue.
So, the integration of artificial intelligence implies that Diia will have an AI assistant that Ukrainians will turn to if they have problems interacting with the state. For partners who want to integrate Diia’s services, the Natalka AI chatbot is already available.
Diia will also expand the possibilities of re-registering cars, add the ability to change the technical passport, register a car after customs clearance, etc.
Ukrainians abroad will be able to ask for help from the eConsul and order a passport or ID card, driver’s license, taxpayer card, and pick it up at their place of residence.
An electronic system that integrates all notarial processes will also be introduced.
