“Dobropark” is looking for business partners: the venue lacks coffee shops and facilities for extended stays

“Dobropark,” a popular recreational area near Kyiv, has announced plans to expand and is open to collaborations with private businesses.
This was announced by the project’s founder, Ihor Dobrutskyi. He notes that visitor demand currently exceeds the available infrastructure, so the park is ready to serve as a platform for new business ideas, reports "Komersant Ukrainian".
According to Dobrutsky, visitors are increasingly coming to the park for the entire day, which creates a shortage of certain services. Priority areas for partnership include:
- conceptual cafes and restaurants
- hotels and modern accommodation formats
- family services, event projects, and innovative recreation areas.
The park administration places its main emphasis on sustainability and long-term business partnerships.

The park is not interested in temporary seasonal spots; instead, it offers entrepreneurs access to an already established loyal audience to build reliable projects.
“I realized that Dobropark could become an environment where businesses are born in response to people’s needs. I’m interested in partners who are ready to build something for the long term, not just ‘for the season,’” emphasized Ihor Dobrutskyi.
Those with interesting proposals are advised to contact the park administration to discuss the details of cooperation.
