The Ministry of Defense invites businesses and public organizations to join the national military support program “Pluses”, which is to appear in the Army app. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The program provides military personnel with quick and convenient access to a range of goods and services, such as booking tickets or buying fuel at a discount, through the Army app.
“We continue to add new features to Army . To fulfill the social needs of our defenders, we are launching a national support program called “Perks”. These benefits will include tickets, fuel, goods and services. All this will be available in the Army in the future,” said Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization.
The military loyalty program “Plusy” is expected to unite the country’s largest businesses and organizations. Over time, the Army will have a separate section that will offer servicemen both a full-fledged service, such as ticket booking, and discounts on certain goods or services (fuel, delivery, etc.). The army will provide verification through a unique identifier of a serviceman, Army ID. As a result, the defenders will get all the “pluses” in one application, which will bring together state-owned companies, private businesses and public organizations.
The first companies to offer their benefits to the military were Ukrzaliznytsia, Ukrnafta, Nova Poshta, and Rozetka marketplace.
The Ministry of Defense is collecting applications from businesses and compiling a list of potential participants.
The Ministry of Defense also wants to turn the Reserve mobile app into an all-Ukrainian recruiting center and replace the TCC in some ways.
“In 2025, we want to launch an opportunity not to go to the recruitment center and submit your paper identity documents, but to make it possible through, for example, Bank ID verification, through confirmation of documents from the State Migration Service, the Unified State Demographic Register,” explained Kateryna Chernogorenko.
According to her, the main idea is that a person can register on his or her smartphone from any convenient place, and then the workload on the TCC will decrease.
