OKKO is expanding its use of solar energy

A separate area of development will be the network’s energy self-sufficiency.

By the end of 2026, solar power plants will be operating at more than 300 OKKO gas stations. Their total installed capacity will exceed 6 MW.

This approach is intended to increase the network’s energy independence and ensure the stable operation of facilities even in the event of power outages.

Together with the EBRD, the company will develop charging stations

In addition to modernizing its gas stations, OKKO is working to expand its charging infrastructure network for electric vehicles.

The company, in partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, is preparing a $10 million financing program to develop a network of fast-charging stations.

The company notes that investments in digital services, alternative energy, and electric vehicle infrastructure are set to become one of the key areas of network development in the coming years.
