The Spanish brand ZARA is taking another step forward in developing its customer service on the Ukrainian market. A new Personal Shopper service has launched at the River Mall shopping center in Kyiv. This was announced by ZARA’s regional HR manager, Tetiana Tavenko, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

This move demonstrates the transformation of the traditional mass market toward personalized premium service, where the shopper’s comfort and time savings become the primary focus.

“It is especially valuable to us that this service is not just about clothing or style. It’s about paying attention to the person, their time, needs, and individuality,” writes Tetyana Tavenko.

What’s Included in the Service and How It Works

The Personal Shopper service consists of free 45-minute one-on-one consultations with a stylist right in the brand’s store.

This personalized shopping experience is designed for those who want to refresh their wardrobe, put together a seasonal capsule collection, or create a complete outfit for a special occasion without having to search haphazardly through the racks.

Key benefits of the Personal Shopper service at ZARA:

  • personalized recommendations and outfit selection;
  • help with building a wardrobe;
  • one-on-one assistance while shopping;
  • no waiting in line for the fitting room or at the register.

“During the appointment, our specialist helps identify the customer’s needs, select items and complete outfits, accompanies them during the fitting, and assists with completing the purchase,” according to a statement from ZARA’s regional HR manager.

How to Access the Personal Shopper Service

According to Tetyana Tavenko, you can book a consultation in just a few clicks via the brand’s official mobile app. Currently, the service is provided completely free of charge and is available exclusively at ZARA River Mall in Kyiv.
