The Kyiv District Administrative Court has opened proceedings in the case brought by the “Dairy Alliance” against the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Kyiv regarding the cancellation of a tax assessment notice totaling UAH 65.9 million, reports "Komersant Ukrainian", citing data from the Register of Court Decisions.
The court issued the relevant ruling on April 6, 2026. The plaintiff, in particular, is seeking to have the tax authority’s decision of February 26, 2026, declared unlawful and revoked.
This concerns:
- UAH 52.7 million in tax liabilities;

The judge in the case has concluded that the matter is complex and must be considered under the rules of general civil proceedings, rather than under a simplified procedure.
A pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 5, 2026, at the court in Kyiv.
