Enemy attack: Freedom Hall cultural center in Kyiv sustained significant damage

As a result of a massive rocket attack on the night of July 6, the Freedom Hall cultural center in Kyiv sustained damage. The center’s press service reported this on Facebook, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

Significant structural damage was observed in the main building.

“As a result of today’s massive rocket attack on our main building, the ceiling structures of the main stage and the small hall have been partially destroyed, and the windows in the storage building have been shattered,” the statement reads.

There are no reports of casualties or the extent of the damage.

“The Freedom Hall Cultural Center was founded in 1994 and rightfully holds the status of a legendary venue on Kyiv’s cultural map. It hosts corporate events, performances, and concerts.

According to the venue, more than 5,000 spectators and guests attend events at Freedom Hall every month. The venue is regularly used by Ukrainian and international companies, diplomatic missions, and private event organizers.
