Some of the services on “Diia” may be temporarily unavailable over the weekend
21 August 21:57
This weekend, some government online services may be temporarily unavailable due to a technical update to the “Trembita” system. The work will begin on the evening of August 22 and continue through August 23. Additionally, until 8:00 a.m. on August 24, four services in “Diia” related to the State Migration Service’s registries will be unavailable. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing announcements from the Ministry of Digital Transformation and “Diia.”
During the technical work, “Trembita” will be migrated to a national encryption algorithm. The system facilitates the exchange of information between government registries, so its update may affect the operation of related electronic services.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation advises those who need government services over the weekend to use them in advance if possible.
Additionally, due to technical work on the State Migration Service’s registries, the following will be unavailable in the “Diya” app and on the “Diya” portal from August 21 until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 24:
- certificate of residence;
- removal from the place of residence;
- updating data in the Territorial Community Registry;
- change of residence.
“Diya” explained that the service does not store this data but obtains it from government registries, so these services are also suspended during maintenance.
