Russia destroyed the MOYO online store’s warehouse in Kyiv: what will happen to customers’ orders
2 July 10:40
As a result of a massive Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of July 2, the warehouse of MOYO, an online retailer of electronics and home appliances, was destroyed. Company representatives announced the loss of the warehouse, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
Footage released shows a massive fire and significant damage to the premises.
MOYO confirmed the complete destruction of the warehouse
The company stated that the enemy strike completely destroyed the warehouse, where goods were stored and customer orders were fulfilled:
“Today is a very difficult day for MOYO. The enemy strike completely destroyed our warehouse. All necessary emergency services have been working at the site throughout the night and this morning. The most important thing is that everyone is alive.”
Rescue workers, law enforcement officers, and other emergency services were on the scene of the destruction throughout the night and into the morning.
There are no reports of fatalities or injuries among the company’s employees.

The company lost not only its warehouse but also its office
The Russian attack also destroyed MOYO’s office, where the company’s team worked every day:
“We lost the office where we worked every day, made plans, created new projects, met with colleagues, laughed, argued, and moved the company forward.”
MOYO emphasized that the strike destroyed not only the building and physical assets but also the workspace that was integral to the team’s daily life:
“The enemy strike destroyed not only the warehouse but also our office.”
At the same time, the company has no plans to cease operations and is already preparing to resume work.

“We Will Persevere”: MOYO Issues an Emotional Statement
In its statement, the company emphasized that the loss of its facilities did not destroy the team, its faith, or its desire to work:
“But there is something that no missile could destroy. We will stand strong. And one day, we will definitely return to a new office—stronger than we were before.”
MOYO also thanked its employees, partners, and everyone who has supported the company in the wake of the attack.
“We lost our warehouse. But we didn’t lose our team. We didn’t lose our faith. We didn’t lose our desire to keep working.”
The company acknowledges that recovery will be difficult and will take time:
“The road ahead won’t be easy. But step by step, we’ll get back to work. Together with our people, our partners, and everyone who stands with us today.”

Is MOYO Accepting New Orders?
Despite the complete destruction of the warehouse and office, the online store continues to operate.
MOYO has confirmed that new orders can be placed for products that remain available on the website:
“We can accept new orders for the products listed on the website.”
Customers should note that shipping and delivery times may be longer due to logistics adjustments.
What will happen to previously placed orders?
Customers who placed orders before the Russian attack are asked to wait a little while:
“If you’ve already placed an order, please give us a little time.”
The company needs to verify the location of each specific item, whether it survived the attack, and whether it can be shipped from another store or warehouse.
MOYO has assured customers that it will try to fulfill every order:
“We will do everything possible to ship it as soon as possible or issue a refund.”
The company reported that its top priority is to address the aftermath of the strike.
“We have a lot of work ahead of us. First, we need to deal with the aftermath. Then, we’ll resume operations. We’re starting from where we are today,” the company said.
