On February 19 and 26, the Conference League playoff matches for the 2025/26 season will take place. After these matches, the full lineup of participants in the round of 16 of the third most prestigious European club tournament will be known. Ukraine will be represented in the playoffs by Shakhtar, which advanced directly to the round of 16 by finishing in the top 8 of the main stage of the tournament, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

The eight best teams of the main stage of the UEFA Conference League automatically advanced to the round of 16:

- Raków (Poland)
- AEK Athens (Greece)
- Sparta Prague (Czech Republic)
- Rayo Vallecano (Spain)
- Shakhtar (Ukraine)
- Mainz (Germany)
- AEK Larnaca (Cyprus)
Eight more participants will be determined based on the results of the playoff round.
Possible opponents for Shakhtar
In the round of 16, the Miners will play against the winner of one of the following pairs:
- KuPS (Finland) – Lech (Poland)
- Shkendija (North Macedonia) – Samsunspor (Turkey)
The draw for the round of 16, quarterfinals, and semifinals will take place on February 27 at 3:00 p.m. Kyiv time.

Where and when is the final
The final of the current Conference League is scheduled for May 27 in Leipzig, Germany.
Last season, Chelsea won the tournament, defeating Betis 4-1 in the final in Wroclaw.
