“Army” Experienced a Glitch: The Ministry of Defense Warned of Login Issues

Technical difficulties have arisen with the “Army” military app. Some service members may temporarily be unable to log in and access the services available in the app.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense reported the outage, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
What Happened to “Army”
According to the Ministry of Defense, authorization errors may occur when attempting to log in to the app.
The Ministry of Defense described the problem as temporary and assured users that technical specialists are already working to resolve it.
“As soon as we fix everything, we’ll let you know,” the ministry said, apologizing to users for the inconvenience.
As of the time of publication, no separate announcement regarding the full restoration of the app’s stable operation has been released.
What to Do If You Can’t Log In
If the authorization error occurred specifically during this technical glitch, users should wait and try again later.
The Ministry of Defense has not indicated that users need to delete or reinstall the app. Furthermore, the ministry’s statement contains no information regarding the loss of personal data or electronic documents belonging to military personnel.
During the outage, it is recommended that you:
- not to make multiple login attempts in a row;
- check that you have a stable internet connection;
- make sure you have the latest version of the app installed;
- wait for an official announcement regarding the restoration of service;
- download updates only through Google Play or the App Store.
If login issues persist after the system is restored, military personnel can follow the official instructions for authorization and data correction. These instructions are intended for individual cases where service records do not match the data in government registries.
“Army” is a government app for military personnel, developed by the Ministry of Defense in collaboration with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Through it, users can submit electronic reports, access digital documents, and use other services for military personnel.
