An agricultural and logistics complex valued at $2.65 million has been put up for sale in the city of Oleksandriya, Kirovohrad Oblast. The asset includes an operating transportation company, its own fleet of vehicles, and a vehicle depot covering more than 8 hectares. This was reported by the InVenture platform, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"

According to InVenture, the property has a strategic logistics location in central Ukraine. The distance to port destinations is approximately 270–340 km, and to five oil extraction plants—150 to 200 km, making the complex attractive for grain logistics and the agricultural business.

What is included in the agricultural and logistics complex

The asset includes a transportation company that has been operating in the market since 2002 and specializes in the transport of agricultural products and grain cargo. By 2022, the company was transporting up to 1 million tons of cargo per year.

The current fleet consists of over 40 truck-trailer combinations, including Scania and MAN tractor-trailers and semi-trailers. During peak periods, the company managed a fleet of up to 120 truck-trailer combinations using contracted transport.

What infrastructure is available on the premises

The property complex includes a privately owned truck depot covering over 8 hectares.

The site features: an administrative building with an area of 768 sq. m, vehicle bays and repair shops with areas of 3,403 sq. m and 3,538 sq. m, a 122-square-meter car wash, a gas station, an autonomous water supply system, and a power line connected to the railway infrastructure.

InVenture emphasizes that the complex’s technical specifications allow it to be used not only as a transportation hub but also as a platform for developing manufacturing, service, logistics, or processing operations.

What else has the company been involved in?

In addition to transporting grain and agricultural products, the company has experience working with tankers, containers, pallets, and food products. This expands the potential use cases for the asset for a new investor.

InVenture also notes that even during the market’s wartime transformation, the company retained its key assets, corporate structure, transportation network, and operational readiness.

How this asset could benefit a new owner

According to the seller, the new owner could use the complex to restore grain logistics, scale up the existing transportation business, integrate it into an export or agricultural structure, or create a regional production or logistics hub.

Given its location in one of Ukraine’s key agricultural regions and the presence of ready-to-use infrastructure, the property may be of interest to both strategic investors and companies looking to strengthen their own logistics operations.
