5 June 18:55
Uklon has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire 100% of the corporate shares of e-Wings, an electric scooter operator. This decision is part of Uklon’s strategy to expand its range of services and integrate various transportation solutions into a single app.
This was reported by the company’s press service, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
According to the company’s press release, the deal is valued at 97.6 million UAH, and the transaction is scheduled to close in the third quarter of 2026.
After the deal is finalized and the transition period is complete, Uklon plans to integrate the electric scooter rental service into its app of the same name, allowing users to easily rent electric scooters through a single interface.
Current Status of the e-Wings Service
Electric scooter rentals are currently available through the e-Wings app in 11 cities where the service operates. The total fleet of connected electric scooters is approximately three thousand.
Uklon CEO Serhiy Hryshkov stated:
“Micromobility is a logical extension of our platform and one of the most promising areas of modern urban logistics. We aim to bring together all the necessary transportation services in a single app so that users can easily meet any need: from a short trip around town to traveling between countries.”
Uklon’s portfolio already includes services such as ride-hailing, courier delivery, an advertising platform, and a bus ticket purchasing service.
