On Sunday, August 9, the oppressive heat is expected to ease significantly across most of Ukraine. The weather will be characterized by variable cloud cover and a northerly wind, which will bring cooler air. This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
Weather in Ukraine’s Regions
Variable cloud cover is forecast across the country. Winds will be predominantly from the north, moderate, with speeds of 7–12 m/s.
Precipitation: Overnight, brief showers and thunderstorms will occur in some areas across most of the northern and central regions. During the day, the thunderstorm front will shift to the east and southeast of Ukraine. Dry weather without precipitation is expected in the rest of the country.
Temperature: In most regions, nighttime temperatures will range from 12 to 17°, while daytime temperatures will rise to a comfortable 22 to 27°.
South and East: In the southern part, the eastern regions, and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, it will remain warmer—18–23° at night, with daytime temperatures staying in the 28–33° range.

On August 9, the capital region will see variable cloud cover and a cool north wind blowing at 7–12 m/s.
Across the region: brief showers are possible in some areas at night, but precipitation will stop during the day. Nighttime temperatures will range from 12 to 17°, while daytime highs will reach 22 to 27°.
In Kyiv: brief showers are expected at night, while the day will be dry. Nighttime temperatures will range from 15 to 17°, and daytime temperatures are expected to reach a comfortable 24 to 26°.
