Alliance Bank and KredoBank have joined the “National Cashback” program

The Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine announced the expansion of the network of partner banks in the “National Cashback” state program to 22 institutions following the addition of Alliance Bank and KredoBank, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
“The total number of banks participating in the program has grown to 22. Expanding the partner network makes ‘National Cashback’ more accessible to users in various regions of Ukraine and allows them to choose a bank they already use on a daily basis,” the statement reads.
According to the agency, over the past two months, the number of program users has increased by nearly 500,000, and the total number of Ukrainians receiving monthly payments has exceeded 5 million.

Compensation for the purchase of Ukrainian-made goods is calculated using a tiered model at a rate of 15% or 5%, and the maximum cashback amount is 3,000 UAH. In total, the program includes over 422,000 products from more than 2,000 Ukrainian manufacturers, as well as nearly 1,500 retail chains and individual stores.
Accumulated funds can be used to pay for utilities or postal services, to purchase Ukrainian-made food, medicine, or books, as well as for charitable donations and contributions to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Ministry of Economy reminded the public that funds accumulated during the program’s previous cycle (including cashback on fuel and the “Winter Support” initiative) are available for use through July 31, 2026, inclusive. After this date, any unused balance will be returned to the state budget, and the program will continue to operate as usual.
To participate in the program, users must open a payment card at one of the partner banks, grant permission to share transaction information, select the appropriate card in the “Diya” app, and make purchases using the linked card.
The “National Cashback” program is implemented by the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the National Bank of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the State Tax Service, and other partners. Mastercard provides technological support, and Visa serves as the operational partner.
