The National Bank of Ukraine set the official exchange rates for Monday, August 3, 2026. The U.S. dollar continued to decline, the euro fell even more sharply, and the Polish zloty also lost value.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing data from the National Bank of Ukraine.
The European currency saw the sharpest decline over the course of the day.
Dollar exchange rate as of August 3
The official dollar exchange rate set by the NBU is:
- 1 U.S. dollar — 44.64 UAH (-5 kopecks).
According to the “Minfin” portal, the average dollar exchange rate at currency exchange offices is:
- buy — 44.48 UAH;
- sell — 44.99 UAH.

The European currency posted the largest daily decline among major currencies.

- buy — 51.04 UAH;
- sell — 51.76 UAH.
At Ukrainian banks, the euro exchange rate is as follows:
