On the eve of his appointment, Heorhiy Mankovsky, Director General of the Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, declared the purchase of luxury cars worth over 23 million hryvnias, an apartment worth 30 million hryvnias, and a collection of luxury brand watches. Most of the property is registered in his wife’s name, and despite significant annual expenses, the family’s savings have increased by $100,000.
This is evidenced by data from Georgiy Mankovsky’s declarations over the past few years, reports
Specifically, in his 2025 declaration, Mankovsky listed an apartment in the capital, measuring 292.3 square meters and valued at over 30 million hryvnia, which is owned by his wife, while he uses it free of charge.

In addition to this residence, his wife owns three more apartments in Kyiv, a vacation home in the Kyiv region, and subleases 1,300 square meters of land belonging to the Gnidyn Health Resort. This likely refers to the exclusive gated cottage community “Riverside Family Club.” The community is involved in a number of lawsuits involving local authorities and the “Volna” Sports and Recreation Complex, which is mentioned in Mankovsky’s declaration.

The Mankovsky family also owns five watches by Piguet, Rolex, Cartier, and Patek Philippe. The value of each can range from $5,000 to $530,000.
Georgiy Mankovsky’s official salary in 2024 was less than 1 million UAH; he received an additional approximately 2 million UAH in fees and from business activities. However, this did not prevent the Mankovsky family from purchasing four Mercedes cars over the course of the year , three of which were manufactured in 2024 and one in 2022. Their total value, as stated in Mankovsky’s declaration, exceeds 23 million UAH.

In addition to salaries and income from business activities, Mankovsky and his wife also declared approximately 12 million UAH in income from Progress Autotrade LLC. Interestingly , the company’s profit for that year was only 236,000 UAH, and its authorized capital was 1,000 UAH.
The family’s savings in 2024 amounted to $180,000 in cash and 1.7 million UAH in a bank account. However, despite significant expenses, by 2025 they had grown to $280,000 in cash and 2.5 million UAHin bank accounts.
Meanwhile, Mankovsky’s salary for 2025 was 1.2 million UAH, and his wife’s declared income was 8.4 million UAH —she is registered as a sole proprietor and specializes in public opinion research.
