Kyivmiskbud has updated its supervisory board: who has joined it

The Supervisory Board of Kyivmiskbud Holding Company held a general meeting of shareholders, at which a new board was elected. The changes to the Supervisory Board’s composition marked a new stage in the company’s development. This is stated in the company’s press release, as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".  

The Supervisory Board of Kyivmiskbud now includes representatives of the Kyiv city community.

Among them are:

  • Petro Panteleev — Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA);
  • Volodymyr Bondarenko — former secretary of the Kyiv City Council;
  • Andriy Gudzi;
  • Oleksandr Mishchenko;
  • Vsevolod Komarnytskyi.

Petro Panteleev, acting first deputy head of the KCSA, became the new chairman of the supervisory board.

Resumption of Construction

According to Valery Zasutsky, chairman of the company’s board, Kyivmiskbud has already resumed construction on projects that are nearly complete.

“We are actively working to complete all projects on time and in compliance with all quality standards,” noted Valery Zasutsky.

As a reminder, Kyivmiskbud recently received a financial recapitalization of 2.56 billion UAH, which will allow the company to continue its projects and ensure stability in the real estate market.

Kyivmiskbud is one of the largest construction companies in Ukraine, founded in 1955.

The company is known for its large-scale projects in residential and commercial real estate.

Throughout its history, Kyivmiskbud has built over 60 million square meters of residential and commercial properties.
