Participation in “Health Screening 40+”: How Many Ukrainians Have Already Applied

Since the launch of the “Health Screening 40+” state program, 1 million Ukrainians have already applied for funding to participate. Medical examinations can be conducted at more than 2,000 medical facilities throughout Ukraine. Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced this on Telegram on June 20, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
She noted that once an application is processed, a person receives 2,000 hryvnias from the government to cover the cost of examinations at a medical facility participating in the program.
“Screening is available at 2,227 service locations in state, municipal, or private medical facilities. You can choose a facility regardless of your place of residence or registration,” the head of government noted.
On January 1, 2026, the state program “Health Screening 40+” was launched in Ukraine, providing free medical examinations for the early detection of common diseases. This includes, in particular, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and mental health assessments.
You can apply for funding through “Diyu” or at a Center for Administrative Services (CAS). After receiving the funds, you need to choose a convenient medical facility from the list of program participants and schedule an examination.
