The price of lard has dropped slightly in Ukraine

The average consumer price of lard in May 2026 was 215.08 UAH/kg, which is slightly lower than in April (215.54 UAH). This is according to data from the State Statistics Service, as reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".

At the same time, the price increased by 26% compared to May of last year, when lard cost 170.84 UAH/kg.

According to statistics, lard prices have fluctuated between 214 and 215 UAH/kg since November 2025.

The State Statistics Service provides data excluding territories temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation and parts of territories where hostilities are (or were) taking place.
