Maudau Marketing Director Olga Rumyantseva Announced Her Resignation: Details

Olga Rumyantseva, Marketing Director at the Maudau marketplace, has announced her resignation. She will leave the company in a month after three years with the team. Rumyantseva shared this news on Facebook on June 18, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

According to Rumyantseva, her three years at Maudau have been an important professional milestone for her. She thanked the team for the experience, professional growth, fast-paced work environment, and the opportunity to carry out ambitious projects.

“For three years, I lived and breathed Maudau. And the word ‘lived’ is no exaggeration in this case. It’s been an amazing period that will come to an end in a month,” she wrote.

Rumyantseva added that the company will forever remain an important part of her professional history, and she described her experience at Maudau as unforgettable.

The marketer did not disclose her future career plans.

Olga Rumyantseva: Who Is She?

Olga Rumyantseva previously headed the marketing division of the Varus chain. Prior to Varus, Rumyantseva led marketing at the fuel retailer WOG from March 2017 to February 2019, following her departure from Vitaliy Tkachenko’s company. Before that, the top manager was the head of the PRIDE loyalty program. Overall, Olga has more than 10 years of experience developing loyalty programs at various companies. Specifically, she worked on the “Dyakuyu” program at the KLO gas station chain and the “Vlasnyi Rakhunok” program at Fozzy Group.

In 2006, Olga graduated from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, where she earned a degree in management.

Maudau: What We Know About the Company

Maudau began operations in 2021 and is part of the Fozzy Group, whose majority owner is Volodymyr Kostelman. The platform operates as a marketplace and specializes in the sale of food, household goods, beauty products, children’s goods, electronics, and other categories.

Maudau LLC, which operates the Maudau marketplace, has increased its revenue more than 35-fold over four years—from 89.9 million UAH in 2021 to 3.18 billion UAH in 2025, according to YouControl data. At the same time, the net loss for 2025 rose to 743.8 million UAH, compared to 647 million UAH a year earlier.
