Wet snow, rain and fog: weather forecast for February 1

Cloudy weather is expected in Ukraine today, February 1. In addition, weather forecasters warn of rains that will fall almost all over the country. However, it will be quite warm, with the air temperature rising to 12°C. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Weather Center.
In most regions of Ukraine, precipitation in the form of wet snow should be expected, with the exception of the western regions, as well as Zhytomyr, Kyiv, and Vinnytsia. In Transcarpathia, there may be light wet snow.
In the southern and eastern regions, it will be foggy in some places at night and in the morning. This may hamper visibility on the roads.
The wind will be mostly northwest, and in the eastern regions – south, at a speed of 5-10 m/s.
At night, the air temperature will fluctuate between 4 °C and -1 °C. During the day, the temperature is expected to be 2…7 °C. In the southern regions, nighttime temperatures will be 3…8 °C, and during the day the air will warm up to 7…12 °C.
In the Carpathians, snow is forecast, and the temperature will remain within 0…-4 °C throughout the day.
Cloudy weather is expected in Kyiv. There will be no precipitation.
Northwest wind, 5-10 m/s.

- 0…4 ° C at night in the region, 2…7 ° C during the day;
- in Kyiv at night 2…4 ° C, during the day 4…6 ° C.
