Zelenskyy Addressed Partners
The president emphasized that the Ukrainian military is demonstrating a high level of professionalism even amid a shortage of missiles for air defense systems.
According to him, it is precisely thanks to the work of the air defense forces that thousands of lives have been saved.
At the same time, the head of state once again called on international partners to expedite the delivery of air defense systems and missiles for them.
“Protection against Russian aerial terror is a shared responsibility of Ukraine and our partners,” Zelenskyy emphasized.
The attack was one of the largest this year
According to the Air Force, a distinctive feature of the nighttime strike was the simultaneous use of ballistic, cruise, and anti-ship missiles, as well as a large number of attack drones launched from various directions.
It is precisely this tactic that significantly complicates the work of air defense systems and increases the burden on defense forces.
As of this morning, isolated enemy drones were still present in Ukrainian airspace, so the military urged citizens not to ignore air raid alerts.
