6 March 2025 02:18
Registration for the 2025 National Multisubject Test (NMT) has started in Ukraine today. Future applicants will have the opportunity to register until April 3 through a special online service on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
The main stage of registration will last from March 6 to April 3. During this period, applicants have the opportunity to:
- create a personal account;
- submit an application;
- choose subjects for testing.
If the documents are filled in incorrectly, the applicant will be able to correct the mistakes until April 8. You can also change some data, such as the language of tasks or special conditions for taking the test. For participants who need special conditions (for example, due to medical reasons), it is necessary to upload the relevant conclusion.
Registration is mandatory for all those planning to enter higher education institutions in 2025.
How to create an applicant’s personal account: detailed instructions
There are two ways to create a personal account on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEQA):
- Automatically – by transferring electronic copies of documents through the Diia portal.
- Manually – by filling in the forms on the website of the UCEQA.
After creating an account, the applicant enters personal data and information about participation in the NMT, and then confirms his or her desire to take the test. The submitted data is sent to the regional center for education quality assessment, and after seven calendar days, the NMT 2025 Certificate is generated in the account.
Registration through Diia
If an applicant chooses to register through Diia, his or her personal data is filled in automatically. To do this, you need to send a copy of your ID card or passport through the application.
In this case, there is no need to manually enter personal data or upload scanned copies of documents. The applicant only needs to add a document on education (certificate from the place of study).

How NMT-2025 will be held
It should be noted that in 2025, according to the order of the Ministries of Education and Science of Ukraine, the NMT will be conducted in the form of computer-based testing.
Thus, the NMT will contain two blocks: the main one, which will include three compulsory subjects, and an additional one, which will contain tasks in one subject of your choice. The compulsory subjects are Ukrainian language, mathematics, and history of Ukraine, and the optional subjects are Ukrainian literature, a foreign language (English, Spanish, German, French), biology, physics, chemistry, and geography.
Each NMT participant will take the test on the same day in two stages. During the first stage, which will last 120 minutes, they will have to complete tasks in the Ukrainian language and mathematics, and during the second stage, also lasting 120 minutes, they will have to complete tasks in the history of Ukraine and a subject of their choice, which they indicated during registration for participation in the NMT. There will be a 20-minute break between the stages.
